CLAREMONT CHURCH

Arc purchased Claremont Church, Bath at the end of 2021, in partnership with a British investment fund. Designs for a planning application are being finalised, that propose to refurbish and convert the church into one, 5-bed family home, with garden and parking for onward sale. Working with an expert design and construction team, Arc are aiming to create a home of exceptional look, feel and quality, that combines the incredible existing features of the church, with modern design and beautiful materials. The converted church will be brought to the Bath residential market in late '22/early '23.
