NEWBRIDGE HILL, BATH

On behalf of our private clients, we procured the refurbishment works of this beautiful Victorian Bath townhouse. Gem Solutions Projects were employed as the Main Contractor and expertly completed the works. The scope was to refurbish the existing bedrooms, create new bathrooms, install a new heating system, install new electrics, refurbish all stairs and landings, replace single glazed sash windows with double, refurbish all external elevations, and to replace lead work on the roof. The client selected beautiful fixtures and fittings that made for a truly stunning end result; tiles from Mandarin Stone, brassware from Crosswater, vanity units from Parker Howley, cast iron radiators with brass valves, joinery from Shaker & May, Pooky lights, Dowsing & Reynolds electrical fittings, and faux sisal carpet from Unnatural Flooring. All parties involved were thrilled with the results.
