Lansdown Square, Bath is a collection of 13 houses, comprising 4-bed townhouses and 5-bed detached villas. We delivered the construction of these 13 modern, new homes on behalf of Kersfield, for a total construction cost of in excess of £6m. The design and build construction programme ran for almost 2 years and incorporated both traditional and modern methods of construction, to create the open, uninterrupted living spaces required to maximise the views from this site looking down over Bath.
