Founded in 2021 by Alex  Feilden-Cook, Arc aims to deliver projects of significant quality that enrich the lives of the people that inhabit and experience the completed properties.
We believe in building and maintaining strong, honest and professional relationships with every person we meet; from client to purchaser, funding partner to contractor, agent to site worker.
It is off the back of these positive relationships that we can deliver successful property projects.

Alex is a qualified Architect, graduating from Manchester University Architecture School, Westminster Architecture Diploma School, and the RIBA professional part 3 qualification exams.

Alex worked for Buckley Gray Yeoman Architects in Shoreditch, London, working on complex commercial development projects for clients such as Derwent London and British Land. His experience of learning development and construction whilst working as a Project Architect has given him an eye for detail, a desire for exceptional design and an ability to work with every person involved in the development process. 
On moving into the development world Alex worked for developers in Bristol and Bath for 6 years on a mixture of residential and commercial projects, before setting up ARC in 2021.

Alex is married to Ro Feilden-Cook, who runs a successful online fitness membership, The She Collective. Alex and Ro have 3 boys together; Alfie and Charlie twins, and Freddie. The family have a loving Cockapoo dog, Wilbur.

Outside of family life Alex has a passion for CrossFit, training regularly at CrossFit Bath, and for all things rugby (being a big Bath Rugby fan), golf and cricket.

Alex enjoys living in central Bath, making the most of the lifestyle this beautiful city offers.
