Alex at Arc Property managed a significant house renovation project for us. He was incredibly professional, responsive and organised, and the quality of the work was exceptional. We had meetings several times a week in order to make key decisions and update us on the progress of the project. We couldn’t have hoped for a faster, slicker team working on our project and get tons of compliments on the work they did. Thank you!

We have worked with Alex on several projects and were delighted to be commissioned to help develop the interiors and gardens for Claremont Chapel. The property is such an iconic landmark and the opportunity to create a home from a building with such incredible architectural features was really exciting. To develop any building is challenging enough but to pursue such an ambitious scheme in a period building takes real guts. Particularly when you take into consideration change of use in a conservation area, the complexity of the building architecturally, the sensitivity around its past as a place of worship and the emotional investment attached by locals as a result. We feel Alex and his team should be proud of what they’ve achieved. It’s really refreshing to work with developers creating unique homes in the city.

What sets Alex aside from most property companies is both his passion and his unwavering commitment to maximise the potential of each and every project that he works on. From a contractor’s point of view this is a refreshing approach as Alex likes to be involved and is always on hand to offer both advice and to help problem solve together to achieve the best results. With Alex’s extensive property background this is a huge plus.

Having worked on a number of projects now directly for Alex over the last two years we have built a great working relationship and we look forward to working alongside ARC on future projects as they continue to grow both in Bath and beyond.
