DUPLEX APARTMENT
We recently completed the full refurbishment of this duplex apartment in an industrial-style building in the heart of Georgian Bath. Originally completed around 20 years ago, the apartment had become worn and dated, and the brief was to transform it into a fresh, contemporary home.

The project included the installation of a new modern kitchen, wide oak timber flooring throughout, and the refurbishment of three bedrooms. All three bathrooms were completely redesigned and rebuilt with new layouts, fixtures, and fittings, while new finishes and joinery were installed across the apartment to create a consistent, high-quality feel.

A standout feature of the project is a steel Crittall-style door leading into one of the bathrooms, adding a distinctive architectural detail that complements the building’s industrial character.
​
The works were delivered on a fast-track programme while the clients were travelling, resulting in a beautifully updated home ready for their return.
